We are empty nesters who were looking to move from the suburbs of Wheatfield, NY to the City of Buffalo. We met Tim when we made an appointment to see a carriage house he was selling. Right off the bat we got a good feeling about him so when we decided to put our house on the market we hired him on as our agent. Tim spent hours with us on our search for the right property in the city From the home sale side he was very pro-active in getting our house on the market. He provides a consult with a stager and a professional photographers. What a difference those pictures made. We weren't easy clients either and we were very picky. He showed us dozens of homes and never complained. He took the time to pull comps and make recommendations necessary to sell our home and he was a wealth of knowledge when it came to dealing with buyers, or any home needs. Even during the time we owned our home he was always willing to help us find a contractor or someone to provide us with firewood.
